Screech noise

So I washed my car a couple hours ago and I just went to class and when I came back and drove through my neighborhood I heard a screeching noise coming from the left rear side .. It could be coming from the brakes. So I took it out on the parkway and the noise went away but when I started slowing down around 20mph the noise came back... Also almost a week ago I got new rotors calipers and pads .. Any ideas what could it be?

Did the dust shield behind the rotor accidentally get bent towards the rotor?

Could also be a bad spring isolator or bushing.

That speed it could be the new rotors and pads. When braking?

No.
If it's your brakes they are not supposed to make a screeching noise.

actually it's not even when I brake.. When I brake it's completely fine , I've noticed that it squeaks when I'm driving at all times now

Its the back pads, guaranteed. One might be cocked sideways and not releasing all the way. Pretty common actually. Pull the back tires off, pop off the calipers and redo everything.
