DTC HELP

I have emissions coming up soon. Took off my off road x pipe and pit the stocker back on...tripped an 0135 code. Replaced the 02 sensor...now I am getting a 1131 code....bank 1 running lean. I pit the stock tune back on prior after putting stock mid pipe back on.....any thoughts?
