Now that we got that out of the way... No, the 5.0 headers will not fit on the 4.6

Well if it says its for a 5.0 then im guessing it only fits on a 5.0

Those ports won't match up. And probably used or different years.

Both motors are a completely different design. Headers are not usually interchangeable parts.
