It kinda depends your location. Here in Houston you'll never have a problem with HIDs. Maybe in a more rural area cops would pull you over for that

Well it find that unlikely since I have hids in my halo projector housing and so the light doesn't emit that high only broad and low. And even if your "blinded" how long could it possibly be for that you'd be able to blind me back haha. They aren't that bright unless in a truck or SUV whole your in a low car. Not a problem

If theyre in an improper housing via in stock housing, lenses not tinted and improperly aimed they blind people

Any improperly aimed lights will be bright lol. I guess cause I have smoked housings it's not so bad

Hids are worse (high intensity discharge). The way they're projected in a non proper housing cause them to blind oncoming traffic. Many people still ignore other drivers safety and just throw them in there anyway

90% of modifications done on the cars on ME is probable cause to be pulled over.
