Headlight question

Installed some new headlight bulbs not to long ago , and the low beams are decent but the high beams are almost pointless. So my question is , is there a way to adjust them so that you can raise and lower the beam and if so how do I do it

There's should be a plastic Phillips head screw that you can use to adjust them it should be on the top towards the center of the car on each headlight

It's by the piece of the grille comes up close to the light if you need a picture just google your car year headlight adjustment and you'll find a picture. I can post tomorrow if you need it.
