Headlamp bulbs

My headlight bulbs just aren't cutting it anymore. Looking for a recommendation for a brighter bulb with more of a whiter look than the factory yellow hue.

Sylvania silverstar ultra. I've heard they have a better bulb out but have not tried it. Running the ultra in all of my cars and it's much better.

Silverstars.

Ran them for years in my 95, SERIOUSLY considering getting rid of the 4000k HIDs the previous owner put in my 98 to go back to the regular style bulbs/silverstars.

With them properly adjusted you can see great at night and the high beams are VERY bright. The hi beams work even better with the foglight mod so your fogs work independently of the headlights and don't turn off when the hi beams come on.

How you do the Fog Light mod? My fog lights only come on when I have low beams on only.

I have the silverstar bulbs and don't think there that great at all. Have them adjusted properly etc. Maybe I have some inferior ones or maybe it's because my dd has hid headlights and there is so much of a discrepancy between the 2.

Google it. You power the fogs from the convertible top switch power. Every car has the hookup even the coupes.

They aren't as bright as HIDs but a zillion times better than stock bulbs.
