Exhaust leak

I think my car has an exhaust leak i noticed were the headers connect to the x pipe one side has air escaping and makes a kind of boggin noise my question is does it suppose to have sum type of gasket or sumthing one side has like a metal gasket the other doesnt i just had the tranny rebuilt so i think they had to remove the x pipe cause it didnt make this noise and also feels like i lost power

If you're talking about the collector, yes, there's supposed to be a gasket there.

Ok so this is what i saw the passenger side has one but i think the driver side doesnt use one but i feel air escaping thru the driver side were the header connects to the mid pipe should i just loosen and re adjust and tighten

Ideally you would replace the gasket with a new one. You can try adjusting it and see how it goes though. I would go with the Fel-Pro gasket though, I've been having issues with that specific gasket (can't remember the brand off the top of my head) sealing
