Fuel Pump Assembly

Hey everyone. My Mustang fuel pump assembly was replaced not too long ago and now it's starting to make my gauge read low fuel. One of my other buddies told me how I could possibly fix it, but the problem is getting the fuel tank off without being in a shop. Any pointers, tips, youtube links, or ways on how I can remove my gas tank and what tools do I need? Sorry, still a n00b, but I'm getting there!

First run the car almost out of gas. It makes the tank much lighter and easier to work with. Best if luck to you.
