Need some help with a part

A good friend of mine is looking a bolt for his 03 mach 1. This car is a concourse car but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. It is being pointed to in the photo. If anyone knows what this is called and where I can find one please tell me any info will be helpful. Thank you.

Yep had the exact problem on my car, lost the bolt...ended up going through 100s of bolts in my fathers shop and eventually found one that fit, good luck I couldn't find anything online about it either...best bet, junk yard imo
