iac valve alternator - Mustang Evolution

iac valve alternator

I've replaced the iac valve alternator and this morning when I went to crank the car it took two turns before it would start someone please tell me what's wrong with the money pit today

And when I back up and turn to the right something at the front wheels knocks/pops

what type of maintenance have you done to the car? is there a miss fire? vacuum leak? popping noise sound like you should check the ball joints and tie rod ends.

Sometimes it takes a couple tries to turn on, could be normal ..

Could be anything , only way to know is jack it up and take a look at your suspension bushings / ball joints / tie rods / end links

Idk if I'd call that normal, something has to be causing it, some mornings it gets In the teens around here, have never had to crank for more than a few seconds to get it to turn over.

Blocked fuel filter or weak fuel pump

Did you disconnect the battery for 5-7 minutes while/after installing the new IAC valve? Then after that did you let it idle for at least 15 minutes so the PCM could learn the new idle air trim values?
