Ok so my traction control light stays on all the time which mean my traction control is off all the time does anyone have an idea of what the problem may be?

If the light is on, then your traction control is off. Is your ABS light also on? When i first got my car it has a bad ABS module which triggered the ABS light and my traction control light was also on.

My abs light isn't on but someone took some of the lights on my gauge cluster like the check engine light so that may be a possibility. Where is the abs module at?

I don't know where it is at. I bought it from a dealer and they were required to fix the problem before they sold it to me.

Mine doesn't work either. I suspect that it is a bad wheel sensor on my car but that is just an educated guess.
If you want to fix it, you should have it properly diagnosed so that you aren't randomly replacing parts.
As you said, the "annoying" ABS and Check Engine light may have been removed. If you live in a area that requires emissions testing, the check engine light will be a problem. It won't pass if the light never comes on.
As far as the ABS/Traction Control, meh,... You can become a pretty good ABS system YOURSELF. And the Traction Control? Lame...

Put the key in the ignition and turn it to on but don't start the car. All your cluster lights should come on. If you don't see ABS then the jackass that pulled the cluster lights out (super sketch move btw) pulled the ABS light too. This means you have a bad hub sensor or bad ABS control module.
