It's the front brakes you have to worry about clearing and yes they have spares.

Yes.
My car has a spare tire. I've never used it but I presume that Ford wouldn't put a spare in there that doesnt fit.

Interesting. Factory bullitt/mach rear setup? The rotor is 11.25" vs gt 10.5".

Hmmm.
I guess that you'll need to find one from a Cobra/Mach/Bullitt.

I think we do have cobra brakes all around, not sure about the rear but I know the front rotors are 13"

I'm 200 miles away from my car at the moment.

Why don't one of you guys go try on your factory spare and see if it fits front and rear?

Haha.

This thread has me curious.
I would find out if the spare works... If I could.

Because I'm crazy like that.

I think it's the OCD...

If it wasn't 30 something outside i'd try. I have a gt and cobra with factory spares. I have gt rear brakes on the cobra though

Any update on this? Say I blew a rear tire, would a 17x(whatever it is) work with my 18x10 in the back?

Nope. But this thread reminds me that it's been over two months that I've been seperated from my car.
I'm going to go get it early next week and resume work on it to get it ready for next season.
Still no word on Marina either...
I need to pull the wheels off so I'll try the spare and update this thread... Unless someone beats me to it.

So i didn't check my tire, but it looks like the GTs come with 15" spares by what i've been reading elsewhere. If the Bullitts did in fact come with GT spare tires then they won't fit our front brakes. I'll check my spare on friday when i drive it again, so see the size.... And I usually drive 100 miles home, or back to school so i can't really have it rub that long.

But i've got AAA so i don't need it so much lol

Mach/Bullitt/Cobras come with a 17" donut specific to those cars. GTs come with a 15" donut. Which means my donut is useless up front unless the PO of my car put in a Cobra donut. I also carry a plug kit and a 12v pump in all my cars which is a really REALLY good practice.
