Borla Stingers + O/R H - Loud? 03GT

New to the forum here, so hello all!

I'm looking into doing exhaust on my 2003 GT to get these terrible flowmaster mufflers out that are welded into the stock system.

I've been watching vids on youtube of the Borla Stingers with an Offroad midpipe. Not many with an Offroad H, a few with an Offroad X. But videos don't do exhausts justice.

Would this system be loud? I'm looking for a loud setup. Sort of like wake the dead/piss of your neighbors loud (I don't have neighbors don't get your panties in a bunch I live in the middle of nowhere in SJ) Tired of these quiet, gurgling flowmasters. Looking for the deep rumble sound at idle and a screaming loud sound so I can be heard going down the street or around the corner.

Not interested in SLP LM1's. Too raspy.

Thanks. All feedback is appreciated!!!

I think these are second in loudness, to the SLP. Especially with an offroad midpipe. Personally i think the stingers sound REALLY nice. Should be nice and loud.

First of all welcome!! Post up some pictures.

The Borla's should be pretty dang loud with an O/R pipe but still keep a much nicer tone than SLPs do. If you do pick then up I would buy then off Amazon because they have the cheapest price.

X FOR THE WIN! Honestly, it'll sound great with either. I love my borlas and O/R X...but they could be louder. :/ Maybe with long tubes in a year or so.

Hey thanks for the replies and welcomes everyone. I will get some pictures up soon.

I've been looking into the MAC offroad H pipe. It's not a common setup, which is why I'm curious to see how it will sound. I've watched every video on youtube possible of Borla with the X. Sounds good, just want to try it out with the H and see what I get.

I did see that Amazon has them cheaper. I'll have to get the part # that still includes the crazy 4 inch tips. American Muscle is a little overpriced in my opinion on their exhaust setups. Much cheaper elsewhere.

Not in the market for exhaust this week, picking a couple things up on black friday and storing it until it starts to get nicer outside.

Definitely go with the 4" tips, they look so much better. I had a buddy with Magnapacks and an O/R H on his Terminator and it had a very deep and rich tone to it. It was pretty damn loud too
