Surging at 2k RPM

Well I think I might have developed a misfire. Driving home from bringing my lady lunch I noticed it would start to surge and hesitate around 2k rpm and once I'm above it, sounds some what like a helicopter haha like a dead cylinder or something, gonna hook it up to a scope tomorrow at work, but anyone think it could be something else?
Have no tune, just SR CAI and magnapacks

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone as well!

Not yet, I drove it about 15 miles and CEL by the time I got home
That's why I'm questioning a misfire because I have no codes, unless they're pending codes right now

I'm starting to think it's my U joints

My car idles Fine but when I tip in to the throttle what I thought was surging feels more like a vibration, I need to look more into it
