Multiple Cylinder Misfire

I've got an 01 gt. I was running it pretty hard then came to a stop light, rev'd the car up a couple times and when I went to take off it had a horrible miss. I started my way home and my check engine light started flashing. Hooked up my scanner and it came up with 3 codes. Multiple Cylinder misfire, cylinder 5 misfire, and a cylinder 8 misfire. I pulled the plugs and they were shot so I changed them. Still had the miss. Next I went and replaced the coils and still the same thing. Last thing I did was switch some injectors around. Now it has a solid check engine light and it's only coming up as a cylinder 8 misfire. It's completely stumped me and I have no idea what to do next. Please help.

Could be a crankshaft / camshaft sensor that's bad , but I'm sure it would pop up

I'm gonna try to put a compression test on those two cylinders and see what I've got
