Catback exhaust question

My catback came in today and earlier this week I checked to see if I still had the hangers to hold the mufflers. Well I don't. The previous owner removed it. Only have the hangers on the bumper to support the tips. Question is, can I still hook up the catback and not use the muffler hangs until I get new hangers?

Thanks!

I wouldn't. That's a lot of stress on the back hangers and manifolds. Exhaust will probably sag and move around quite a bit

So the hangers on the car itself are missing?? Or the ones on your mufflers?

Hangers on the car are missing. Only have the rear hangers for tips.

Yeah. My H Pipe is just sitting there. No stock catback or anything. Previous owner removed it because he said it was to fast? Lol. Now it's slow as hell. No back pressure and it's annoying loud.

Looking around online. Would these fit? Also are those the right nuts/bolts for the hangers or do the Pypes Hanger come with nuts/bolts?

Pypes Mustang Muffler Hangers Stainless Steel (86-04) - LatemodelRestoration.com

Mustang Muffler Hanger Hardware Kit (79-04) - LatemodelRestoration.com

Thanks!
