Tune issue ?

2001 cobra

LTs + O/R X + Flows
BBK Cold air intake
Accufab TB
SCT Tune

Issue is running rich, could the tune be the issue ? And says idle jumps when driving normal.

This car is baby'd

Also o2 sensors throwing codes , after transmission install apparently ,
I looked and found no pinched wires
Although he bought new 02 sensors last year, and IAC and cleaned MAF and new TPS..

Any thoughts
