driveshaft rubbing.

Hi I posted about a week ago about my drivshaft rubbing against the yoke while driving at any speed or coasting. I had a few people tell me could be bad u-joint. I checked it and its fine. Was looking at Hayes manual and said could possible be the carrier bearing any advice. Please help thanks.
