Can you install the Flowmaster cat back exhaust by using a jack and jack stands of do you need to use a lift?

Yes you can. It won't be easy at all but after a few curse words it will be done

Those two ^ nailed it on the head. If you don't wanna cut it then it is possible to get the pipes out over the axle, it's just a pain in the ***.

Get a sawzall. Took me half an hour to install my catback with a buddy. Hardest part for me was getting the isolators to let go of the stock mufflers. Silicone spray goes a long ways for those. Take the time to make sure the pipes are aligned right before you tighten everything up.

Just keep your stock exhaust and scrap it or sell it outright. Then you can make some of that money back!

I paid $75 but if I would've waited I could've got it done for $50.

Thanks, I should definitely check around. Good thing my friend is not a close friend, or he wouldn't be for long.

As long as you unload the rear suspsension you'll be fine. A sawzall works well to cut the stock catback out. Hand tools to put the aftermarket catback on. Not hard, just a few swear words.

Could've done it myself if I had a cutting torch. The shop I took it to said it wouldn't go on right and would have to be wielded in. The kits never fit right. Mine fit perfect though.

If a shop told you that they'd have to weld it in or it wouldn't go wrong right I'd take it to another shop. I've installed a bunch of catbacks and they all bolt right in with clamps.
