catalytic converter rattling

96 GT
I just found out that The rattling was my catalytic converter gone bad and I need to change it
I'm thinking about getting a FlowMaster universal cats and he off-road mid pipe from LMS with this fit my stock manifold

Yes it will fit. Just make sure you don't get a shorty mid pipe for LTs. The cats you're talking about will have to be cut and welded onto the o/r mid pipe so you'll have to take it to a shop. I would buy a mid pipe that comes with high flow cats on it already. Really I'd just get the o/r mid pipe and say f the cats. I live in Cali and have o/r h. I just swap it out every 2 years. Takes me 30 min

It been a week now since I order my X-pipe and I still can't get a tracking # all I'm getting is drop-shipped I will give it a few more day and if I can't get an answer I'll cancel my order and look else where. I just hate when I can't enjoy my Mustang

It's probably just a bad sensor. Mine does the same thing. I just ignore it and use a checker every once in a while to make sure nothing else has gone wrong.
