Stock Block?

as some of you know I'm building a modular to drop in my fox...

What kind of power can I expect to throw at a 99-00 block.. I was giving a fully dressed 4.6 from a good family friends for free! Merry Xmas to me!.. But assume I go with forged internals on the 2v besides the iron block weighing more then a teksid or wap block is there a downfall to it?

Will I bust the block? Anything I need to be worried about..?

I have a stock short block , they are very tough, warm it up before you get on it and use synthetic oil.

Stock iron 2v block is good for like 600rwhp or so if I'm not mistake. Anyone care to confirm? I haven't talked about this in ages.

I'm not really sure.. It would depend on that the block itself could handle..

I'd be looking for a power adder.. Cams.. At least 400 range..

Get a P1 and just run on a safe tune and you should see those numbers on a scent bottom end.
