Broken exhaust bolt

Im taking my exhaust off so I can drop my transmission and install my new clutch. I broke one of the bolts connecting the h pipe and headers. Now half a bolt is stuck up in the headers. What can I do to get it out.

I'll take a picture in the morning. I've given up for the night.

Happened to me once when I put shorty headers on my truck. In my case a portion of the bolt was still visible outside the header only the head of it was rung off. I soaked it with 2 cans of PB Blaster and let it sit for 24 hours. Next day I took a pair of vise grips another can of PB and it turned right on out.

I think I've just decided to take it to mechanic and let them deal with it. I hate to pay money to have someone else work on it but I think I'm in a little over my head.
