Do i need installation kit w gear and diff install

Hey guys, so I'm looking at placing an order for 4.10 gears and I'm also upgrading to a new 31 spline diff. On American muscle it has the drop down menu for the installation and bearing kit. Since I'm buying a new diff will I need to buy this kit or just the gears????

New bearings and seals would be a very good idea. Don't want to take them out later on

Make sure you buy some 31 spline axles as well

Ya I'm going to do the driveshaft and axles and all that in the spring. I'm just unsure what drop down options to choose when purchasing the 4.10 gears

Oh ok awesome!! I'll be doing the same here shortly! And To be honest if it's got a bit of mileage on it I would go ahead and order the rear end rebuild kit to replace all the old bearings and seals

Yeah you will thank yourself later, I'm all about saving the money but sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and do it right the first time, that's how I'm feeling about my future engine rebuild, part of me wants to be cheap but then part of me wants to spend the extra cash and get what I want and do it right the first time

Very cool! That's an awesome build list and it will definitely make a huge difference. Gears are the most beneficial mod you can do for your Mustang, in my opinion!

If you're replacing the rear as well, you won't need to get the bearings. Everything inside your new rear end is going to be new!

Hope this helps! Hit me up if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future.
