Lowering springs question

I have a 2001 GT vert. Are lowering springs different between convertibles and coupes? Thanks

I'm not 100% sure but I would think so because the coupe and convertibles have different weights

The guys at American muscle said that it shouldn't be a noticeable difference.

Verts weigh a bit more in the rear so companies make a slightly stiffer rear spring for them, but a coupe spring should be fine
