Suspension problem

So I've been having this problem whenever I turn the wheel I hear a creaking noise coming from up front. In the summer I change my rack which didn't fix it and then I change both ball joints which fixed it. So about 2 weeks ago the same noise came back. Today I change the outter tie rods and got an alignment and on my way home the noise came back. Any ideas??

Did you replace the steering rack bushings when you replaced the rack?
How old are the struts?
A commonly overlooked item is the strut bushings.
When you replaced the ball joints did you also replace the A-arm bushings?

The only bushings that were replaced was the steering rack bushings which was done when the rack was changed.
Honestly I'm not sure how old the struts are I bought the car at 67k it has 82k now

Well the struts and strut bushings could be a possibility. Also the A-arm bushings.
Soon you'll have a completely new front end...

Lol yeah I will that's a good thing I guess I won't have to worry about anything for a while as far as the front end. I'm going to check the bushings in the morning thanks for your help!

Did you grease new ball joints?? I'm having the same problem and sounds like it's coming from outer tie rod end. Don't want to change my rack if I don't have to. Already changed ball joints..( didn't get Steeda X2's..big mistake.. I will be getting them soon). I greased my brand new junkie boxstore ball joints 2day and squeek stopped.

Happened to me , I replaced so many things and I ended up taking it to a ford expert and he gave me a HUGE tip

He said our cars were notorious when they came out with the cradle bolt up front coming loose ,
So I tighten mine ( weren't very tight) and problem solved .. ( cradle is what holds engine )

CliffyK a member here also has a tutorial on his site on how to replace the steering rack bolt sleeves which led the steering creak. There was a TSB for this and Ford made updated sleeves which were shorter. The creaking is from the sleeve being too long and running against the large washer when turning especially at slow speeds.
