I have a video on my channel where you can make your stock exhaust for 96-04 mustang gt's aggressively loud for free. all yo need is a wrench and a car jack. go to YouTube and type "Cody Johnson mustang gt" and then click on the picture with the BEAR. thats my channel. thanks again, and don't forget to like, and sub.

Please do share what you do with a wrench and a car jack that makes your exhaust sound "good"?

So your judging me without giving me a chance? "Don't hate....... appreciate" my video is 2 minutes long. what I did was separate my exhaust before the muffler but only half way, and to the point to where the full exhaust is still on. What happened to your motto? I'm not just trying to boost my view count. I'm trying to get my fellow members to check out my setup, to see how it sound ,and too hear some support. I thought you guys were on this forum to ask for help and help others, not turn them away at first glance.

Np, I wasn't mad, just frustrated at adogg, because he was un-supportive. I know it's not permanent but its a damn good setup until I can get my full exhaust. I have enough for either the cat-back or the x-pipe, so I decided to save my money and just get a full exhaust. That's including long tube headers

This mod is like something a ricer does to his exhaust. No, just no, not when summit mufflers are $30 each and a O/R pipe is $100.

You mine-as-well just cut off your mufflers
1. It's still illegal
2. It sounds bad, stock exhaust sounds better
3. You're gonna sound like you're ricing the thing out

There are any number of online classifieds where you can find barely used ones or ones dudes have just sitting in the garage that they never put on for cheap. Also nothing wrong with a used one in good shape.

I once had an 86 accord where the exhaust rotted out and I literally got asked by ricers "what exhaust I had because it sounded great". What happend was pretty much exactly what the OP did, it rotted out between the cat and the muffler. Sounded like **** but I was not going to pay any money to fix a $500 car.

This is a ricer move imo... Do your exhaust right or leave it stock...

Why not a used one?
It's just metal with clamps?
It's not going to go bad lol

Yes you do, but that's not really important. The loss of low end exhaust flow is a bit more important than back pressure
