VSS wire broke behind kick panel

I accidently broke loose a wire in my ECU when I was messing around in the passenger kick panel, pretty sure its for the VSS because the speedometer is not working now. Its pink with an orange stripe, and black wire together. It appears it comes down from dash, but I looked and looked and followed diagrams, I do NOT know where this wire goes.. Any help is greatly appreciate. Picture attached of said wire.
