That's a start. The stock crank will need upgrading plus machining the block before installation.
Don't forget getting the rotating assembly balanced. Expect a machine shop bill around $1500 for that. Another $500 for assembly.
Stock heads will be your next limit. $4500 heads plus $3000 in cams/retainers/chains.
Add another $650 for removal and install of motor plus $350 for dyno time and tuning.
