Exhaust clamps

How many times should I do a check on tighten down the exhaust clamps? Coming home today my tailpipe came lose from the muffler.

Every time that you hear something strange... like the tailpipe about to fall off.
Usually, if you go back and check everything after a couple of warm-up/cool down cycles, it will be good.
Sometimes they'll be more stubborn, but, eventually all the nuts will lock themselves in place with rust.

Was in town and hit a massive pot hole. All of a sudden my car was loud and I was like wtf. Pulled into a parking lot and saw my tail pipe hanging on my rear end.

Lol straybullitt. Make it part of your routine oil change. Checking tire pressure, fluids stuff like that and you will be fine
