Spark degrees

On the my livewire tuner you can adjust spark and what not
spark 0-2000rpm --- 0 degrees
spark 2000-4000rpm --- 0 degrees
spark 4000-8000rpm --- 0 degrees

Thats what they are set on obviously. Question is what will it to advance/****** it i want to know if it helps or not. Please someone who knows what they are talking about.

I find it hard to believe that your tune is keeping the timing at 0 degrees all through the RPM range.
Generally speaking though, advancing the timing will give you more power but you'll have to run a higher octane fuel. Retarding does the opposite.
This is the part in the tune that changes between a 87 octane tune and a 93 octane tune, with the A/F ratio to match.

Just running stock tune for now. Too lazy to get my other tunes downloaded. Whenever I get around and do it illcheck the custom tunes. I'm running 91 for now until I get my 93 tunes

The 0 degree marker is from the base settings from the tune. Not what the tune has the timing set to. I would just leave it alone if the car is running well. I have mine ser to -1 from 4kto8k in my Mach because I get a tiny bit of pinging otherwise.
