Injectors, plugs, coil packs

So just seeing everyone's opinion but before I put the long tubes on and get a tune. I want to replace these items so any advice on good ones?

I'm pretty sure for the coils oem is the preferred and if you are pretty much stock I'd say oem for the plugs too.

Kinda depends on your mods, but I'd stick with motorcraft plugs, (my second choice would be NGK); you should have the 21lb injectors which should be fine unless you've got some kind of F.I. system going on; and oem on the coils. But if they look to be in good shape, and you don't have any missfires, I wouldn't worry about it. Oh and don't expect a ton of power from LT's even with a tune. I'm not saying its a waste, but same as the injectors; not really necessary unless you're F.I.

*Note* oem coils can be expensive, so I went to a local Junk yard and pulled like a dozen of them for cheap.

Yeah I'm not hoping for a dramatic increase.
Steeda CAI
Polished Intake Plenium
BBK Shorty Headers
Bassani Xpipe
Flow 40s
Underdrive pulleys
70mm Trickflo TB

Put 273hp 309tq
(75 dry shot was done after this dyno pull)
354hp 390tq

I had to replace the bottom end. So new crank and bearings (rod and main)
Stage 1 262 cams.
Ordered Kooks LT headers
Now working on replacing the coils plugs and injectors. So hopefully maybe with a 100shot I'll hit the 400hp level.

Not bad numbers at all. How was your air/fuel ratio? Did it run lean at all? If your running a 100 shot, you might want to move to 24lb injectors. I did that when I ran a 150 shot (dry) on mine, and between that and a tune, I never had any fuel issues.

Yeah at first I tried the Diablo Tune and it just killed my car. Ran lean... Then one crazy day I was throwing O2 codes for rich. Spent the money and a SCT Bama Tuner and went down to a local Dyno and had them tune it for me after that I never had any problems. And it was on stock injectors.

Now after this rebuild I wanna try a bigger shot. So just a wait and see. Getting all the intel I can from everyone.
