Name that wheel! HELP!

I bought it used, but I believe this is the stock set of wheels. What type of wheel is this on my 2004 GT??? I looked at the Saleen style wheels, 2003 Cobra wheels, and 1995 Cobra wheels, but none of them seemed quite right. I need somebody with knowledge to notice these and help lol.

Hey,

Nice ride, I have always loved the sonic blue color. Certainly my favorite color for new edge Mustangs.

As far as your wheels go, they're a factory wheel that Ford supplied on many of the their new edge Mustangs. They don't necessarily have a given name like any of the others you listed.

If you like the look of them and want another set or a new one or two, you may have to get in touch with Ford themselves. You may also want to try a company that fixes or replicates wheels.

If neither of those options suites you, the 95 Cobra R wheel is quite similar, and you may be able to get a complete set of these for about the same as what Ford may charge.

Keep in mind if you do want to get a new set of wheels from us, we do offer a 6% discount to forum members.

If you have any other questions feel free to reach out to myself, or contact our customer service team listed below my signature.

There's a company that sells all stock rims. I think it called Detroit tire, Detroit tire and rim... something like that. I've got the same rims on my car.

Thanks man, the color caught my eye too haha. I didn't realize you guys sold rims here! This means I'll be looking around on the site.

Thanks for the helpful info, I actually think I remember hearing that name given to a set of rims I thought was similar a while back. I'll check in some old MM&FF mags to see if anything pops out with the name 1999 Cobra rim.

Thanks for the info man, I'll check them out. The reason I was trying to figure this out is I want to get a wider set with the same style to just swap on track day.

Now to steer the conversation a bit if I may... I'm thinking 315/35/17s with Nitto tires in the rear. Do you guys have any opinions on the setup?

I don't know if anybody makes a wider version of your current wheels unfortunately. As for the 315s... They look amazing, that size is what I have on my car
