noisy front end

I have been noticing a clucking noise coming from the front end of my 01 gt while driving down the road. Even the smallest humps in the road makes a clunk noise. I have sportline springs with Eibach front and rear sway bars, Eibach shocks and struts and bump steer kit and MM caster/camber plates. What could this be?

I was recently driving and hit a huge bump in the road. It was more like a mountain. It's hard to explain but the center of the lane was pushed up about a foot off the ground and was hidden by the shadow of the bridge I was going underneath. It hit the underside of my stang dead center so hard it knocked the power out from my car. Would that have cause this issue? When I looked you could see where it hit my K member and sway bar. It made my car jump and almost stopped it in its tracks. I reported it to the city and they sent me a request to fix but I never put it in the shop to get it looked at.
