2002 Lowering Springs.

ITs me again different question..
2002 GT Mustang Convertable.
Want to simply lower the car some.
I have new shock and struts. Getting ready to replace wheel bearings, Rack& Pinion Bushings, and Lower control arm bushings. On this Gen. of Mustang will lower springs mean I have to buy other stuff to? Just want it for the stance.
Want to do the springs since I will be getting the car a front end alinement anyway.
On my 2013 I am reading I really need the whole kit to do it right.

Found some lower springs for the 2002 new on EBAY for like 70$ It's not going to be raced, but dont want ot have to buy tires due to wear every year.

How low do you plan on going? Shocks and struts are recommended with anything more than 1.5" usually, I never replaced mine when I lowered it and the car rode fine. If you plan on going any lower than 1.5" then caster/camber plates are needed, above that and you can get away with camber bolts usually

if you do it, do it right, caster camber plates will get you lined-up right.
