Non fouler problem & question

My problem is that I'm have engine code P0430: Bank 2 catalyst efficiency below limit. My catted are pypes high flow and new O2.
Question: my friend mention to me that I should get a 02 spacer/ non fouler now I know it's 18mm tread count but I don't know the length of the spacer the parts shore say they have 2 size which size should I pick up

The longer ones generally work best, note that most have to be drilled out for the O2 sensor to fit into the non-fouling bushing...
