2002 cylinder 6 misfire

I have an 02 with a strange problem. I have read endless threads but can't seem to find one that fits my exact particular situation. Any help will be VERY appreciated. I got my car out last week on a nice day drove it, came home and parked it. Shortly after shutting it off I noticed some steam. Saw some coolant leaking under the intake manifold.... I pulled everything off and found there was no crack anywhere in the manifold. So I put new intake manifold gaskets on to try my luck. Put it all back together... took it on two test drives and it ran amazing as it always has. Then decided yesterday to drive it to work. Shortly after pulling outthe ddriveway it was misfiring. I pulled over and checked the code which was cylinder 6 misfire. After work I put a new plug in cylinder 6... stayed the same. Then I swapped out my coilpack from cylinder 6 to 2 and the same with 2 to 6.... stayed the same. So I switched injectors from 6 and 2 same thing. I also reset the computer each time...??? HELP!!! lol any ideas? This blows my mind. Ran perfectly fine before replacing the gaskets.

Definitely possible. Could it be possible the manifold is just slightly off when I put it back on? I was thinking if it was off maybe the coil isn't hitting that plug dead center?

Hmm I don't think that would be an issue. I guess your next step is to do a compression test and see what you come back with.

Ok... don't really want to admit this but hey we all make mistakes lol. I was looking at the firing order diagram wrong and now that i have pulled the actual #6 cylinder coil I saw the spark plug hole was full of oil. Put new valve cover gaskets, plug, ect and she is running perfect again. Will keep a close eye on it. Thanks guys for all your help!!!
