Suggestions on new intake manifold??

I have an 03 GT with a vortech v2 and i have already cracked the pi intake.

I got another pi intake put on for now but i was wondering what your guys suggestions were for a new intake that can handle f/i better? It looks like the trick flow manifold is pretty good but i jus wanted to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks

I have a V1 s-trim running around 15lbs on my '02 GT. I'm using a Typhoon aluminum intake. Just had to do a little cleaning up of the ports and everything else looked great. I have no problems.

I was looking at that one too but i have heard its a cheap chinese product or something? It looks nice tho and its got to be better then the plastic pi intake lol.

Did you have to change your throttle body and plenum with that?

People say it's cheap and such.. But why? It's similar to the edelbrock one and materials aren't cheap. The cast is a little rough but what do you expect? If you have half a brain then you can clean it up and port match if needed.

It's going to flow at least as well as PI intake and be a ton stronger and look greater.

No you don't need to change throttle body and plenum but I did.

Like I've told people before I do what I want with my build and it's gonna put down great numbers and be reliable against the words of most others. So do what you want.

In my opinion, the best bang for your buck is the Edelbrock intake. You can even get a package with a mixed bag I components (new injector rails; upper plenum; throttle body). The only issue is that you have to remove the EGR....
