Need help!!!

Hi, here the deal. My car starts up normal hot or cold no problems but right when I put in reverse rpm drops to 500 to 1000 it's keep going up and down but when I put back in park it's normal. It does the same thing when it hit around 40mph I feel like it's kind about to turn off it's kind feel like it's losing power and get back idk why any idea? Thank you

Your car is an automatic right?
It only does this in reverse? It doesn't do it in drive until you hit about 40 mph?

And it's not showing any codes. There may be some pending so I would check that. I'd also do a fuel pressure check. Also, since this blower installation is fairly recent, I'd go back through EVERYTHING that you did and make sure that all of the vacuum hoses and electrical connections are all on and tight. You may want to re-torque everything as well.
Hopefully some of the other guys will chime in with some other ideas...

At least you were doing something productive to get that hole. I don't understand why that little hole would have this particular effect, but, ok.

Just sayin'. You can put tape around the drill bit to mark the depth of a hole you want to drill.

Glad it was something simple!

And don't feel bad Saleen, a couple of years ago I was installing a new transmission cooler on my truck and drilled through the air conditioning condenser, losing all of the very expensive R12 refrigerant that I had been carefully saving for twenty years...

It happens!
