Both will be good. You don't want too much gear so definitely not 4.10s. If ld personally go with 3.73.

For a S trim, 4.10s or higher. For a positive displacement type set your 1st gear ratio X rear gear ratio to as close to 10 as possible and roll. For a t45/3650 car this would be a 3.08 rear gear. However you have a S trim so 4.10s.

4.10s, its not even a decision. More low end that these cars need and you lose like 100-200 RPM on the highway depending on how fast you go. If you've got a 02-04 (which you do) your transmission has the deep .62 overdrive gear anyway. Google "RPM calculator" and click on the first link and scroll to the bottom. Plug in the final gear ratio of your choice, tire diameter of a stock 94-04 is 25.7", 02-04 overdrive is .62 and then whatever speed you will go. 4.10s are totally fine and I have no idea why its even a debate which gear to use for a NA or S trimmed car. Hell, maybe even go 4.30s if you have a little taller tire, I'm kicking around doing 4.30s since I likely will not have the $$$ for a blower this spring/summer and I can do the gear install myself.

Best gears with supercharger?

I would go with 3.73s because I like the first couple gears to actually have a use. I have 3.73s on my PI swapped 98, and my first gear is pretty useless. I can't even imagine 4.10s with boost.

Personally, I feel 3.73s are the best choice. Unless you're building some purpose built race car, you want the car to be driveable.
