You could go with a flash tuner

Then you need a dyno tune for sure it's gonna run you around $600 though.

I got a dyno tuneup right after I installed my supercharge. The only change I currently made is changing the mass air sensor.

You need a new tune it is very unlikely that the SCT and Lightening MAFs would have the same transfer curves.

In the tune the MAF transfer function maps the MAF out signal to an airflow (in lbm/h). The PCM then uses that lbm/h as the basis for injector pulse width and ignition timing.

Just curious. why are you changing from the 90 mm Lightening unit--it is good up to 500+ HP? Unless it's output was pegged at high engines speeds and WOT then neither the SCT BA-2600 or BA-3000 will make any noticeable difference...

I had to get a new mass air sensor because I had taken the other one out to clean but in the process I broke one of the screws. I tried to tighten it back up but the mass air sensor was just loose and shaking so it felt like it wasn't getting the full air through. So I bought a new one and ended up getting this one even though I am not going over 420 hp.

You should have received a transfer function (curve) document with the MAF--IIRC SCT provides a 9-point map with every MAF. If you have that I can convert it to a 30-point map. This would be useful for your tuner. I will also compare its curve to the Lightening curve and see if the MAF is the problem.

Do you have the BA2600 or BA3000 unit?
