Noise while stearing, and vibration at 90+ mph

So I have a little noise when I turn my wheels it's not a whining noise but it sounds like something isn't greased very we'll, and also I have a small vibration going on at 90+ mph don't know if it has any relation to my steering noise. What y'all think?

I lifted my car and tried wiggling my tire and I had a little soft wiggle side to side on both sides and one side had rough wiggle when I shook it up and down.

Worn ball joints will make it sqeak. Sucks ford didnt put grease fittings on them. The vibration may be coming from maybe your tires being out of balance or maybe a weight came off. Or the vibration could be from your inner and outer tie rods. It could be a couple of those things I would get your tires looked at and while they're at it and they have the car up have them check your inner and outer tie rods.

I don't let other shops touch my car I have a friends shop we use and fix out own stuff. What would I look for if the inner and or outer tie rods are making the noise and bib and how would I fix it?
