It doesn't have to be welded. Someone just recommended tack welding parts of the flanges.

Now that would be really cool. It has been a while since we've done an SN95 bolt-on build up. It's about time we've started a new one. Plus I think we should do a more radical build than last time. The last one was great, since it covered the basics. However, the torque arm install could be for the more extreme enthusiasts! Along with a supercharged engine.

Always enjoy the feedback guys. Thanks a bunch!

Yea on bumps the axle doesn't seem to clunk up and down as badly. Haven't gotten to really test it out since I'm still breaking in my 4.10s

If you really want something to help center the axle look into a Watts link instead of a Panhard Bar. The Panhard Bar because of how it is angled generally favors one side a bit more in concerns of stiffness, the Watts link is perfectly balanced. But it's a lot more pricey.

Why don't you talk to the "powers that be" at AM and just sponsor Soccerluvr4's car? It's halfway done already. You guys wouldn't have to buy a car, and American Muscle would get some good west coast exposure...
