Engine problem.

So when your at a stop the engine will spit and spudder on the take off. When you get above a certain rpm it goes away. If you punch off the line it doesn't do it. If you have the car in neutral it doesn't do it. This is a 2000 gt with a kenne bell. Any suggestions ?
