Rough Idle After retuning to Stock

Just went to the stock tune after having run the 93 race tune for a year. (switched back to stock for emissions) everything ran nicely while it had the 93 tune. Now the idle gurgles and bobbles up and down very slightly, almost like the feeling of a lopy cam. Is there a way to reset the idle on these cars like the newer cars? Hoping that will help.

With the engine hot disconnect the battery for 5 to 7 minutes to reset the KAM--then let it idle for at least 15 minutes so that the PCM can relearn the idle air and timing trim values.

You may also wish to perform the OBD II drive cycles (read more here), although "normal" driving for 20 to 25 miles will usually get the I/M monitors reset...
