With the engine hot disconnect the battery for 5 to 7 minutes to reset the KAM--then let it idle for at least 15 minutes so that the PCM can relearn the idle air and timing trim values.
You may also wish to perform the OBD II drive cycles (read more here
), although "normal" driving for 20 to 25 miles will usually get the I/M monitors reset...
