Squeaking Noise??

I notice when i drive at a low speed like through parking lots or through a parking garage i hear squeaking noise coming from the front of my car.. happens when i turn the wheel from left to right and it sounds like metal.. maybe ball joints? i know it is not my tie rods because its not a clicking noise when i turn. Anybody have any ideas? When i pull through places i want people to hear me for the right reason (exhaust 👍), not the sound of my car about to break down at any second 👎.

I had a sound like that. Check the outer tie rods. Mine were cracked and making lots of noise

Hmm I honestly don't remember. But it did squeak every time I went over a bump or was on uneven pavement

You should probably take your tire off and check everything out before you commit to buying anything. The little bushing on the outer tie rod was all cracked and gross on mine

I'm having the same noise. Can't figure out what it is. Doesn't happen when I turn wheel. Only when I'm going slow just like urs. Also when I close the door it does it. Thought it was the sway bar end links but nope it wasnt

In your video it sounds like to me it's the ball joints that are squeaking or could be lower control arm bushings unfortunately Ford had a brilliant idea of not putting grease fittings in the ball joints so there really is no way to Greece them mine was doing the same thing I ended up replacing the ball joints and the lower control arm bushings cause I had the car up there anyway once I replace those the squeaking went away I'm not sure if it was coming from the ball joint on the lower control arm bushing but the parts were pretty cheap. Good luck

Squeaking Noise??

Mine squeaks when I turn the wheel left. Anytime I turn left it squeaks. Some say it's rack and pinion but Idk. I tried looking to see where the sound comes from but I can't tell.

If it's the rack and pinion. You would have to pretty much take the whole engine out huh?

Heard the noise when I close the door, go over speed bumps, and when I turn the wheel left or right. Finally the ball joint gave out in the parking lot and not down the road.
