You can put a torch on the axle tube when the axle is out and its empty and have the bearings in the freezer overnight. Once the axle gets hot you have a helper with a big socket/hammer ready to go (both wearing thick gloves) stuff that freezing bearing into the axle and tap it into place.

He's talking about the back. Axle has to come out, bearing puller, new bearing in, re-assemble.
Now is a good time for new diff fluid and would also be a great time to install Cobra/Mach/Bullitt caliper bracket brackets on the axle so you can run the bigger vented rotors out back.
