LED cluster bulbs , HOW TO

Tools needed

Needle nose pliers
Electric Impact
Torx T20 long / Short
Pick

First oh ahead and remove the headlamp switch & the trim that covers the cluster
( 2 ) T20 Screws

There's going to be 4 T20 screws in the four corners , go ahead and remove them.

Once you undo the 4 screws, pull forward the cluster , and disconnect the 2 Connectors in the back.

Once you have it out , go ahead and remove the bulb sockets by twisting left

to remove the bulbs I found it easy to use a pick and poke through the back.

Insert the LED bulb to the socket

And repeat the process

Going to probably change them to a more white tint, I'm not a big fan of the " cool white "

Back from 2008



Not on this forum tho.

I've got this mod done to the cluster and HVAC and did it to my 95 Cobra I had as well. Takes about 5 minutes to have the cluster out and another 5 back in. HVAC is a little more if a pain but its worth it.
