Angry 2001 mustang no power to fuel pump

Hello all,
I'm new and hoping to get help troubleshooting on my 2001 saleen mustang. I had the engine rebuilt and now im having fuel pump problems. this is what I have done:
removed saleen tune computer and installed a gt computer,
installed a tune to by pass pats since the theft light is flashing.
replaced the fuel pump with a focus pump.
I am not getting any power to the inertia switch. inertia switch is not tripped.
I replaced the ccrm, it clicks when I turn the key on.
im getting 12v to the injectors with key on.
im thinking it might be the ignition switch, please help!

Bypassing pats with a tune; is that a temporary solution? Or will it disable it completely?
Im having that problem with my 00 gt , and i was thinking of going to the dealer or requesting AM for a tune for that

i believe it disables it completely. I tried going to the dealer to fix it but they refuse to work on it if its custom. amateurs! do you have power to the fuel pump, does it prime?

No, no power to the fuel pump, and theft light blinks rapidly, so i suppose its the SATS. Im postive it is.

Do you have power to the DG/yellow wire going to the inertia switch a few seconds in the on position? Yes its PATS, it disables the fuel.
