Need help! 2003 GT unfinished 4V swap!

I am swapping a complete 99-01 cobra motor into my GT using the 2V harness and ecu it runs but has a bad miss everything is new, eagle h beams, probe 18.10cc dish pistons, long tubes full exhaust no cats, new coil packs, new 44lb trick flow injectors, 65mm BBK throttle body, 90mm lightning mass air, P1SC procharger 15lb pulley... List goes on and on but I can't seem to figure out why it's missing on the passenger side it's sparking and I know it's getting fuel because once it reaches operating temp it's starts to back fire I've done a compression test and it's where it should be and the only code it's throwing is P1131 which is a lean code I changed the o2 sensor that it said was bad but didn't fix the problem and I can't think of anything it could be but as for fuel I know I'll need a better set up then I have now because I only have an SVT focus fuel pump but could that cause me to have the miss that I do? Any help is much appreciated! I probably left out some info but just ask and I've probably tried it or am willing to try anything!

I would double check your work make sure notning is unplugged or the harness isn't getting pinched near the bellhousing.

Or maybe the injector is clogged up or something

Everything's plugged in where it should be, no wires are pinched, and it's not just 1 cylinder miss firing it's the entire passenger side bank, all coils are sending spark just not firing on that side and at 1 point it completely switched sides from missing on the passenger side to missing o the drivers side and now it's back on the passenger side?Click image for larger version
