What you know about this?

how do you do this?
how's it relocated, what transmittion?
would this be functional or a bad positioning.

That's an automatic. Aftermarket shifter is relocated into an 01-04 console and you can buy them from a user on Modular Fords. They're $160 IIRC just for the plate. You have to cut up your console obviously. Unless you have a full manual valve body there is no need for one.

If you guys were thinking this was a manual transmission shifter relocation...nope.

I posted the link to the automatic ratchet shifter so nope didn't think that.. was just curious how to go about relocating it

You get an automatic ratchet that will fit under the console and just mount it to the unibody. If you don't want to worry about all that you can always do the B&M Hammer that goes in the stock location.
